The Warriors beat their South
2 Eastern Conference rivals 3-2 with a powerplay goal in the 58th minute,
after having trailed for much of the game.
The South 2 Cup Finals weekend
was hosted by the Haringey Racers team even though they failed to win through
from the group stage.
In the first semi-final, the
Warriors beat Bristol Pitbulls 6-5 while the Peterborough Islanders beat
Swindon Wildcats 6-4 in the later game.
