The quarter finals of the NIHL South 1 Play Offs saw three of the top four teams win through to the semi-finals. The only upset came as 4th place Oxford City Stars lost out to 5th place Streatham Redskins by one goal in a 4-3 aggregate defeat, having won their home leg 2-0.

League champions Chelmsford Chieftains disposed of 8th place London Raiders 9-2 over two legs, Wightlink Raiders beat Solent Devils 10-4 and Invicta Dynamos overcame Milton Keynes Thunder 7-4 after having lost 4-3 in the away leg.

The two semi-finals take place this weekend with home and away legs being played on 9th and 10th April.  Chelmsford meet Streatham – who they have already beaten in the NIHL South Cup final and Invicta play Wightlink in a repeat of last season’s play off final.
