Sheffield Senators had the best weekend with 2 wins - 7-4 away and then 7-2 at home in a double header with Blackburn Eagles - but Telford Tigers also picked 4 points as their 4-4 draw away at Hull Jets on Sunday counted for double points.
The previous night the Tigers has beaten Widnes Wild 2-0 at home for what was their FOURTH shut-out of the season so far!
Hull also had an unbeaten weekend as they beast bottom team Bradford Bulldogs 4-7 away on Saturday night and the other Laidler game of the weekend saw Nottingham Lions beat Deeside Dragons 7-1.
Solihull Barons remain top despite having not had a game at the weekend and have games in hand over the chasing pack. The battle for second place is currently between Sheffield Senators and Telford Tigers with the actual positions depending on the EIHA decision about the postponed Telford v Coventry game on 27th December.
