League leaders Solihull Barons made it 20 wins in a row over the weekend with back to back win over Widnes Wild 5-9 away and 7-1 at home.
With 3rd place Sheffield Senators winning 2-4 away at second place Telford Tigers to join them on 38 points it means the Barons were able to pull further way from the chasing pack and now have an 8 point advantage and games in hand.
Hull Jets beat Deeside Dragons 4-3 in a game for double points but the result of the weekend would have to be Bradford Bulldogs' 5-4 win at home to Coventry Blaze. Their first win of the season came at the 21st attempt and was sealed in dramatic fashion with the winner coming just 35 seconds from the end.
