The DMUK Widnes Wild women will be looking to get back to winning ways with their first home game for over 2 months when they take on the Kingston Diamonds at Planet Ice Widnes on Sunday 10th December, 4.25pm face off.
Widnes opened the new WNIHL Division 2 North campaign with a 5-0 win over Grimsby Wolves but have since lost four away games in a row – away in Edinburgh, Leeds and Sheffield and Telford.
The Diamonds have also had a “slow start” to the season and are in the mix with the Wild women in the bottom half of the league table, so both teams will have a point to prove on Sunday.
