The
best known to Deeside fans would be Oli Howells who spent two seasons with the
senior Dragons team in the Moralee Division from 2023 to 2025. He played last
season for Widnes Wild and has also had spells with Telford, Sheffield and
Solihull.
The
former Telford junior has over 150 competitive games under his belt at NIHL
level, having scored 8 goals and 23 assists from his defensive role while
notching up 185 penalty minutes.
Other
new arrivals for the season are experienced forward Shannon Lingwood – who has
spent a number of years away from the competitive game but has over 150 NIHL
games to his record, with stints at Sutton Sting, Bradford Bulldogs and
Sheffield Spartans – and Ollie Massey and Ben Fox, who have both played the
past three seasons with Bradford Bulldogs.
