The defeat means that the Aces have lost ground on with Blackburn
Eagles as the two teams chased the final play off place. The Eagles picked up a
hard fought 8-5 win over second place Widnes Wild on Sunday and remain 4 points to the good in 4th
place. Altrincham beat Coventry 6-2 on Sunday but are 4 points behind with just
4 games left to play.

Laidler Conference Round Up - Weekend of 27th & 28th February 2016
League leaders and new champions Deeside Dragons had to come
back from 2-1 down to beat Bradford Bulldogs 5-8 on Saturday night. The Bulldogs are battling to avoid bottom place
and were overtaken by Coventry Blaze who picked up a 6-4 win over Altrincham
Aces.
