The Widnes Wild Academy junior teams had a busy weekend with the Under 14s, 16s and 18s team all in action.
The Under 18A team lost 10-4 at Bradford while the Under 18B team lost 13-1 away at Whitley Bay. The Under 16 team lost 2-7 at home to Manchester and the Under 14s lost 13-1 away at Hull.
This coming weekend sees the Academy Under 18B team at home to Deeside on Saturday, with the Under 18A team away at Hull, the Under 14s way at Billingham and the Under 10s away at Deeside.
On Sunday, the Under 16s team travel away to face Solihull.
Admission is free for all spectators to Wild Academy home games at Planet Ice Widnes and fans are encouraged to go along and support the stars of the future.
