There was only one game for the Wild Academy at the weekend after the Under 18B team’s game away at Grimsby was cancelled. The Academy Under 14s narrowly lost 4-3 away to their Solihull counterparts on Saturday.
The Academy Under 10 team took part in a 4-team cross ice tournament at Deeside but those games are played purely for fun and scores are not recorded.
This weekend sees Wild Academy Under 16 and Under 18B teams take on their counterparts from Coventry at Planet Ice Widnes on Saturday 23rd March – starting from 4.20pm.
The Under 12 team are away in Blackburn the same day, 5pm face off.
Admission is free for all spectators to Wild Academy home games at Planet Ice Widnes and fans are encouraged to go along and support the stars of the future.
