The Deeside Ducks have announced the signing of Jack Davies to boost their roster for the forthcoming 2024/25 Laidler Division season.
The
19 year old forward is a former Widnes junior and also played for the Manchester
Storm Under 18 team during the 2021/22 season.
He
has most recently been playing for the Widnes-based Halton Huskies recreational
side.
Talking
about joining Deeside, Davies said: “I’m
excited for the opportunity to play for the Ducks and to develop my game at the
senior level”
Ducks
Lead Coach Peter Bleackley said of Davies:
“Jack
started his career at Widnes and he always stood out as a junior whenever
Widnes have played against Deeside.”
“He’s
a good reader of the play and his composure on the puck made Jack a solid pick
for us all here.”
