Gary Farmer, Rebecca Moore, Daniel Clarke, Bill Hardy, Ben O’Brien, Russ Clarke
and John Plummer scored the Sheffield goals
On Saturday,
Cardiff Huskies beat a short benched Steelkings B team 3-0 in the Welsh capital
to leapfrog Manchester Mayhem and move into second place in the table.
Tyler Christopher
scored all three goals for the Huskies and Daniel Hutchinson recorded a 20-shot
shut out.
This coming
Saturday, 25th July, sees the top two teams meet in Cardiff where the Huskies
take on the Steelkings, 4.15pm face off, and then the Mayhem entertain the Steelkings
B team at Planet Ice Widnes on the same day, 5.25pm start.
A win for
Sheffield A in the Principality would see them secure the league title for the
second year in row with two games left to play.
