South 1 - Chelmsford Chieftains Are Champions

Chelmsford Chieftains have secured the NIHL South Division 1 title after a 3-1 home win over 2nd place Invicta Dynamos. That win puts them 7 points clear at the top with just two games left to play so they can't now be caught.

In South 2, Oxford City Stars are just 1 point behind leaders Slough Jets following a 10-1 win at home to Cardiff Devils. Both teams have three games left to play and they meet at Oxford on 6th April in the penultimate league game of the season.

Haringey Racers are just one point behind in 3rd but they could still be overtaken by Swindon Wildcats and Bristol Pitbulls who each have games in hand.
