South 2 Title Race Approaches Climax

Oxford City Stars beat Slough Jets 4-3 to go back to the top of the South 2 table to lead the Jets by 1 point.

Both teams have 1 game left to play - Slough are at home to Haringey Racers next Saturday and Oxford travel to Basingstoke on Sunday.  Should both teams finish on the same number of points, Slough would take the title by virtue of their 5-3 win over Oxford back in November.

Bristol Pitbulls beat Peterborough Islander 8-2 to maintain their challenge for a potential 3rd place finish.
