Laidler Conference Weekend Round Up - 20th & 21st September

Solihull Barons remain top of the Laidler Conference with 3 wins from 3 games having demolished Deeside Dragons on their own ice 0-7 on Sunday evening.

Hull Jets are in second following a 7-1 home win over Blackburn Eagles and the Eagles themselves are in third following Saturday evening’s 8-1 home win over Deeside.

Last season’s runners-up Deeside Dragons are bottom of the table, having lost all four of their opening games.

In the other Laidler games of the weekend, Coventry Blaze put their first points on the board with a 4-4 draw at home to Nottingham Lions and a 3-4 win away at Widnes Wild.
