Laidler Conference Weekend Round Up - 31st Jan / 1st Feb

League leaders Solihull Barons made in 22 wins in a row with yet another 4 point weekend.  They scored 33 goals and conceded just 3 in wins away at Bradford Bulldogs ( 2-19) and then at home to  Coventry (14-1).

The only other games of the weekend saw Widnes Wild beat Nottingham Lions home (4-3) and away (3-6) to climb up into 4^th place in the table. 

The Barons are 8 points clear at the top of the table with games in hand over all the chasing clubs. The big question now would have to be whether any team is capable of taking a single point off them as they now look certain to take the Laidler title.
