The Widnes Wild Academy junior teams had a mixed weekend, winning one and losing one of the two games that were played across the age groups.
The Under 16 team beat Leeds U16s 2-7 away on Saturday, while the Under 12 team narrowly lost 8-7 away to Sheffield.
This weekend sees the Wild Academy U12 and U14 teams both at home to Nottingham on Saturday 6th April at Planet Ice Widnes, starting at 4.20pm
The Under 16s are away to Deeside on Sunday 7th April – 6pm face off.
Admission is free for all spectators to Wild Academy home games at Planet Ice Widnes and fans are encouraged to go along and support the stars of the future.
