Defending champions Chelmsford Chieftains had the best points haul of the weekend as their back to back wins over Solent devils - 2-3 away and 3-0 at home - took them back into second place in the table.
Streatham Redskins drop down to 3rd after two defeats - 2-6 at home to league leaders Invicta Dynamos on Saturday night, in which Dynamos stalwart Andy Smith scored his 1000th senior point, and then 8-4 away at Milton Keynes Thunder on Sunday.
Invicta remain top but are now only two points clear of Chelmsford after they suffered a shock 4-5 defeat at the hands of Bracknell Hornets on Sunday.
The Hornets had just grabbed a 3-3 draw at home to bottom club London Raiders on Saturday night, having trailed 0-3 with 10 minutes left .
That was the Dynamos first home defeat of the season and broke a sequence of consecutive 16 wins in the league stretching back to October.
Oxford City Stars beat London Raiders 8-6 on Sunday night to lift themselves into 8th place in the table. Raiders are 9th and Cardiff devils are now bottom after a 2-5 defeat at home to Wightlink Raiders.
